“The detailed service really impressed me. I remember there was a time I left my ice tea on the table without covering the cup. When I came back to hotel from Shinjuku, when I feels really tired, I found that the hotel staff has already put a lid on the cup and left a notice on my table. I really don't know Japanese a lot, but I understand that the staff doesn't want my water get polluted by the surrounding air. Every time I went out early to Tokyo, the hotel staffs will always greet us and make us really satisfying.”

“It's located really close to Tachikawa Station which is a huge bonus. I walked with my luggage so don't bother with a taxi. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. I was surprised as to how large the rooms were considering my previous experience with hotels in Tokyo within the same price range. I would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!”

“The room/bed is comfortable and clean although it is a bit small, which is expected for a budget hotel. One of the less expensive accommodation that we found that provides easy access to a train station on our way to Fuji-san. Staff is friendly and helpful.
