“The hotel has only been open for 5 weeks and the rooms are enormous but have some cleanliness issues because there were already hairs on the floor in the room and bathroom. No liquor served yet and room service dinner came with the apology that the ice cream that i ordered was not available because, "the manager locked the room where it is stored"??? Anyway the rate was good and the hotel is beautiful so I guess that they will, get their act together. Beware of the hotel shuttle because although the hotel is very close to LAX the shuttle is the Joe's parking shuttle and from the hotel to my terminal was over 20 minutes!!”
