“was not informed when making booking there is no one on reception after 21:00 and doors locked. tried calling hotel phone number several times no answer. after waiting out side for 10 minutes I noticed some numbers on a small card in the window, but nothing to say they were after hours contact number. called one of these and was given code to open door. will not use hotel again”
