“Our flight from Toulouse airport was delayed so I called the hotel to let them know we were running late, they told us not to bother coming as we were too late for check in but we will still be charged, I explained that we had a wedding the next day but the hotel owner was not concerned and told us not to bother driving up as they would not let us into the hotel, we ended up paying for two hotels and had to leave very early morning, they made it clear that if we did not arrive before 11am the next day again we would not be able to check in. This is not actually a hotel and the times of check in are based solely on what is convenient to the hotel owner, if you do not know you exact time of check in, this is not the place for you.”

“Stayed one night only but it was very comfortable and the a/c was welcome as it was super hot when I arrived. Nothing is very far away in Sarlat but this is in a great spot in the centre of town. If staying only 1 night probably cheaper to park on the street.”
