“Nice cozy old hotel located right beside the cathedral. Breakfast was good and everything was in walking distance.”
“Cute, warm small hotel in a perfect location. Lobby was fine and staff accommodating, but rooms very small. We went during Christmas Markets “season” in Strasbourg and NONE of Booking.com’s communications or confirmations to us told us that the street the hotel is on was closed until 8:00 at night throughout the entire month of Fete de Noel for security reasons. This closure is understandable in light of the world’s sad happenings, but since we hadn’t been told to expect this, we arrived for our last 2 nights in Europe in the pouring rain and had to find and park in a public garage three blocks away. We couldn’t even drop our luggage off at the hotel and then go park. I’m no spring chicken and lugging everything we had three long, cobblestoned streets and across the riverin the dark and the rain certainly did not make us fans of Booking.com that night!!!!!”
