“Very friendly helpful staff. No charge for the dogs. Not far into the city by car.”

“It was good for us that English was spoken. We arrived on a Sunday so many family members were there including (I assume) Grandma and son of the owner both of whom offered help regarding internet access when I mistook the password. The bed was comfortable and firm which is good when two people of different weights share a double...no rolling to the middle! We took our own breakfast so I can't comment on that. We also had extra pillows of our own as we find the pillows are often small in France. I can't comment on disabled facilities. Our room would not have been suitable as the shower room was a kind of pod that you had to step up into. You would not get a wheelchair in. There may have been other types of room available but check first. We were pleased with easy access electric points for charging technology and plugging in our kettle. It was also very quiet through the night.”

“The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was OK except that I did not recognise either of the cereals offered, and was not tempted to try them.”

“The price was great! i was a bit apprehensive booking this one as the price was so low but the hotel was good. Lovely welcome from charming host. Basic of course but it was clean, there was room to walk around the bed, there was a desk area, hanging space and a shelf to put a case on. Only one bedside cabinet but I put the chair next to one side, that was fine. Bathroom/ ensuite, enough room to move around, nice and clean. Woodchip wallpaper ha ha if you just want clean room with no frills, a comfortable bed, decent shower, then this is fine. breakfast was only 5 euro 50 - good selection Another plus is that Blois is only 10 mins drive away and the hotel is next to a retail park with good shops, especially Grande Frois, beautiful range of fresh food.”

“Hotel run by a very nice and friendly family. Clean and comfortable. Adjoining rooms which makes it much easier when travelling with a family. Basic rooms but with all you need for an overnight stop. Simple but good breakfast. Well situated for visiting Blois and the chateaux de la Loire, but also for an overnight stop while travelling to or from the South of France. ”

“Good choice for a stop in your way. We were 2 adults and 4 children (1 little baby they put babybed in our room) and we had two communicated rooms with a small hall between them. breakfast was 5€ and not bad. The personal very nice, trying to help and they wait for us until 1 a.m. for check in. Good relationship quality price.”

“The staff were lovely and couldn`t have done more for us. We used the hotel for an overnight stop to break up the journey between South of France and Calais and location is ideal. Also Blois is just down a straight road and easy to get to if you want to site see.”
