“The twin room booked was not available, we were allocated a 1st floor double with en suite bathroom. The room had a problem with the heating and hot water system. The water pressure was low and the water temperature only tepid. For four days the room was cold and having a shower was impossible. It was eventually corrected but I felt that the staff did not understand how the system worked. Our room was 106 and next door in 105, the water pressure and temperature was normal.”
