“I was visiting family in the area and GuestHouse was a good location. A selection of places to eat in walking distance. Breakfast selections were fairly good. Room was clean as were public areas. It was quiet which is important to me. If family still doesn't have an extra bedroom by next visit I will certainly chose GuestHouse again.”
“The staff was very helpful and friendly. As I travel alone I felt very comfortable at the facility. I did not try the bacon so did not give the excellent score. The breakfast has a very nice variety of foods, the lady working in the breakfast room was very friendly and helpful. She likes her job, and she kept all food containers full. I did get to breakfast late and missed getting the newspaper, although another patron shared their paper, which was another plus for me. I arrived later than expected and the front desk staff person just smiled and said that happens (I was). unfortunately had a run in with a deer along the road getting to Pouslbo. I would return again and was impressed with booking online.”
“Loved the grocery store nearby. A local chain similar to Whole Foods. Delicious non dairy vegan home made soups as well as other soups. Store made fresh tortillas. Vegan options in this town were few and not great. However heard there was an excellent Vegan restaurant on Bainbridge Island.”
