“Stay in Forest Lodge if you are a couple with no children - there are some children but only a few, as the Forest 1 bedroom lodges are mainly suited to couples. Families generally stay in Garden Lodge. We hadn't realised this when we booked - but the hotel proactively upgraded us to Forest Lodge upon arrival (it was Easter and lots of families)!”

“This is a place where the staff always tries to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The activities they organize are made to measure if necessary. Highlight for us was the wine tasting + dinner in the wine cellar of the Forest Lodge. It was a pleasant and high quality experience, especially because of the quality of the food and wine paring (compliments to the cook and the sommelier) and the know how of the sommelier and the one who organized all this (Jono)”
