- When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.<br><br>Guide dogs are welcome at this hotel.<br><br>The Cream Room coffee house is open Monday to Friday 07:00 to 21.30 and Saturday to Sunday from 09:00 to 22.00.<br><br>Off The Bone gastro pub is open Sunday to Thursday from 12:00 to 23:30 and Friday and Saturday 12:00 to 00.30.<br><br>The Cream Room Curry House is open Sunday to Thursday from 17:00 to 21:30, Friday and Saturday from 17:00 to 22:00. Room service is also available for all hotel guests.<br><br>A pre-authorization of your credit card for the full amount of your stay will be taken 48 hours prior to arrival. For debit cards, the card will be charged the full amount of your stay after 14:00 on day of arrival. If a card declines the hotel will contact the guest to ensure they are arriving and get alternative card details.<p>Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.</p>
