“Friendly and efficient staff in the main (barring check out, see below). Good breakfast with an option of an omelette or fried eggs in addition to cold buffet. Room was clean and comfortable. There is currently a building site on the west side of the hotel but they did (eventually) pack up for the night - not the hotel's fault though! Only a couple of blocks away from reasonable number of restaurants, cafes etc. Five to ten minutes walk to a Metro stop. About 30 minutes by car from the airport.”

“The overall experience is positive. Room was big as well as bed. Big bathroom. Some rooms in this hotel have stunning view on mountains. From my room I could slightly see it. But did nice picture from corridor. I have booked 3 nights but arrived only early in the morning next day so staff kindly charged me early check in and not the full night. and yes, they change carpet with day name in the elevator every day so you know what is the day today:) Loved cappuccino they made for me for breakfast”
“The hotel is in a central location. Staff is very friendly. I ordered a taxi from the hotel for airport transfer. It was punctual and waiting for me when I arrived in Almaty. My return flight was very early and I had to leave hotel at 5 in the morning. They prepared a delicious sandwich for me for breakfast.”

“Very charming hotel with perfect hosts. We were 3 travelers and we had a room for 3 people breakfast included (generous and very good with European and Uzbek's treats). Clean and with all accommodation needed. The hotel is located 3 minutes away of the old city center by walk. The hosts are lovely and make you feel part of the family. They were really helpful and flexible (since there were fewer guests at the time we were traveling they let us keep the room until the end of the afternoon). Definitely the best hotel of our whole trip!”
