“Can't find much fault with this hotel. Stylish, imposing exterior. Spic and span. Very well located. Beautiful patterned interior decor, comfy bed etc. Iron and Ironing board in the room. Staff were courteous. Sai who is the catering section was remarkably affable and switched on. Food was excellent..especially La Uppu dinner buffet..though a bit pricey. ”
“Breakfast spread was good. Quality of food was good. Staff are very courtatious. Maintenance dept gave a prompt response there was issue with the wash basin, one Mr Basavraj rectified t issue very fast.”
“Brilliant value for money. Lovely hotel is a good location in mysore. Staff were very friendly. ”
“Location in the heart of the city, helped a lot as we were new to the city. Very professional in hospitality. Prompt response from the house keeping Got a room with direct view of the dussera processions”
“Staff very friendly and always helpful. Food in the rooftop restaurant was excellent.”
“I booked this hotel and had mentioned specifically that I would be arriving late night. I asl called the concern person to confirm, but he disconnected the call and messaged that he was travelling. Later at 11 pm when i called he said that the booking cannot be confirmed due to the time and said its not my problem... !! if this is the kind of attitude that i can recieve from hotel in booking.com, i would rather go for Make my trip and pay an advance for booking the room.... This is one of the worst experience i ever had, and i had to book another room through make my trip in chennai.”
“More of a business than leisure hotel - good central location, and as we were in Mysore for Dusshera it was a bonus that the procession passes right in front and so the hotel erects a dias for guests to watch from. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Yes, the bed very comfy but small rooms. As Mysore is famous for its sandalwood I was surprised that the lobby was not infused with its lovely aroma, and their famous jasmine was not on show. Obviously the hotel was completely full for the festival so it was a little more hectic than usual...and the prices hiked for this; practically double its average rate so at other times it would be much better value for money. Again, it was the lovely staff who made it a pleasant stay.”
“The property was well located and has decent amenities ”
