“We had a wonderful experience from start to end. The reception staff were very warm and friendly while the room absolutely exceeded our expectations. It was amazing. The view was incredible and there was everything wecould need (and more). It was very conveniently located near the ferry and bus terminal, marina and supermarket. The rock wallabies all around the complex were beautiful and the 2 (out of 4) solar heated pools were a welcome surprise.”
“We booked the accommodation on the internet which stated breakfast included, we had visitors from Syndey this was to be the hi light of their holiday. We took the car over so we could show them the lsland & were booked into the Stage Door Theatre Restaurant . When I enquired where we were to go re breakfast. I was told NO breakfast included BUT! On the Internet it stated breakfast, so leave it with me said the receptionist 20mins later we were brought a basket for 2 when l said there were 4 of us OH!! leave it with me But!! No one ever returned, so it was very embassering for our visitors & us as they didn't want to eat & not us. Plus cornflakes & toast is not good enough. You need to state on the internet that breakfast consists of cornflakes & toast, or don't include breakfast at all as cornflakes is not good enough. Really it spoilt the whole weekend.”
