“When you first walk in, your blinds and shades rise up on their own, the tv will turn on and walk you through setting up the APP for your phone to remote control your tv via apps like Hulu, Netflix, etc. You have the ability to control the AC / Heat, and the staff are amazing. Especially the Valet crew - Hillo and Ahmed. If you do get to stay there, make sure to give the in house dining and Deborah will take care of all your needs. I was sick during my stay for a conference at the Residency and Deborah treated me like one of her own children, and made sure I had tea and all the comfort foods needed to sleep well and wake up rested.”

“Most amazing staff. Very attentive to the needs of a stranded guest traveling with exhausted toddler. They were so accommodating, especially when I needed to check in for my delayed flight with multiple luggage pieces. The bell cap followed and waited with me as long as possible. It was the highlight and silver lining of a difficult travel experience. Food was great in room service too”
