What guests loved the most

“The hotel is an imposing older building in a beautiful parklike setting. Reception and staff are very friendly. Because of low season we got a good deal on the room price. Our room on the second floor had a nice balcony which made the room a bit less cramped. The bed was acceptable but could have been softer. Wifi was not too fast but worked ok. Breakfast was good both sweet and savoury. The hotel has a good restaurant with a nice menu but unfortunately not much choice for my wife who does not eat red meat. The restaurant staff was very friendly and directly agreed to create an alternative for her. The Spa under the hotel and in the park offers bathing in body warm sulphuric well water, very pleasant. I choose to get massages from the treatment menu and was assigned to Mauro who did an excellent job, very professional and soothing.”

“Bed was really comfortable - with good mattress. Staff is very welcoming. Price during off season is good. Breakfast is good (except for the juices). Good if you stay for longer period and vist local nature parks.”

“I asked for a special request which included a cake, one red rose and a bottle of Italian Prosecco to be delivered to my room 30 minutes later my arrival in order to surprise my partner for a special event. Everything was done in a perfect way. The cake was delicious. The Prosecco was cold and well kept and the red rose was perfect. The Hotel managed my request with great professionality and trying to satisfy my every single need. The price for the request was normal. Well done!”

“The Staff were very friendly & helpful and everything was perfect . The hotel pool & the spa area plus the pools in the park near the hotel were excellent . The restaurant was good & they changed the menu during our stay . A fabulous place close to Lago di Braccianno with plenty of lovely places to visit .”

“We liked all in this hotel! A rest after the long trip was just wonderful in thermal pools surrounded by the stunning green landscape! It was so great that finally we did not want to go out from the hotel and continue the trip :)). In hotel and park reigns the atmosphere of tranquility urging to the relaxation. The hotel is very interesting, stylish and well maintained. Wonderful green park with a lots of thermal pools. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Breakfast in the restaurant and dinner we also liked a lot. Service deserves a separate praise. We were very happy to discover this interesting place for ourselves, dream to go back there again and highly recommend it! :)”
