“The friendliness of the staff. The cleanliness and space of the rooms Michaela was great. She's one of the receptionists, who previously worked in London. She is very friendly and makes all the effort to give all the information you'd like about the area, things to do, and places to see. She comes to the restaurant during dinner time as well and explains the menu to all non Italian speaking visitors. She's one of the main reasons we felt at ease at the hotel. The hotel is great for couples. The hotel does actually look and feel like a villa. It has a lot of cute little places to sit and enjoy a nice cup of coffee.”
