“We liked the helpful staff, the location of the hotel, which is very close to the Piazza dei Miracoli, the breakfast which was the best of the three hotels we visited on this trip. There are nice public rooms. The day before we were due to leave, we found out that there would be a train strike, possibly involving taxis too, which left us wondering how to get to our next destination, but the reception manager, Claudio, put our minds at ease and organized a private transfer for us. He speaks English very well and was most helpful.”

“Firstly , it is my second time staying here and both times the stay has been 5 stars . Now if you haven't stay here I can give you one great tip .. Stay here the view from the roof is super anytime of the day ... You will find yourself seeking up there ever chance you get . Ideal for anybody into Photograph will give you excellent vantage point to shoot from. The staff here are so good at their jobs and helpful cannot say a bad word about them !The breakfast is lovely and plenty I will be back soon I bet !”
