“Hotel a little tired in need of a refurb but told by staff this is happening in 2018. central location about 10 minutes from everything. It could do with a nice seating area, bar, etc for when you return from a day out and what to just relax but not in your room. The Cocktail bar is not actually part of the hotel nor is the main facade that overlooks the square”

“Overlooking a main square in Lille with functional facilities, lift, dining room, adjoining bar (more exciting than normal hotel bars). Room was warm (we paid extra for the view of the square which was great because you felt closer and part of the city), clean, bathroom was fine and there was a safe and tea/coffee facilities, telephone and free (not that fast) wifi. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Location was great too - equidistant from old Lille and the Palais des beaux arts. 15 minute walk from Eurostar. ”

“We had a very friendly welcome from the staff. Our room was large, comfortable and quiet. It's a very nice old hotel within walking distance of the Musee des Beaux Arts, historic buildings and parks. Very close to a choice of restaurants and shops; reasonable walking distance from Eurostar.”
