“Excellent customer service. I really love the water pressure of the shower as it is tiring after a whole day travelling, it make me enjoyed of the shower. Mineral water which is free of charge is great too. I really appreciate for the lady staff who arranged taxi transfer to the airport as my driver didn't turn up to fetch us. “Hands down, this was THE best breakfast I've ever had in Indonesia, maybe even in all of South East Asia, maybe even in all the hotel stays EVER!! Staff are beyond friendly, helpful, welcoming and professional. Good wee rooftop bar for evening drinks, good walk location to centre of town/train station and nice steak place tucked behind breakfast restaurant. Lots of great local restaurant nearby too! Loved this hotel.”

“Beds were really comfy, TV had channels for everyone, the room, and hotel generally, was very clean. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly nothing was too much trouble. The Saffron restaurant had a slightly limited menu but the food was excellent and good value for money. There are 2 other restaurants on site but our stay was short!”
