“I was dissapointed n i think this hotel is overrated. Once we arrived at the lobby area, nobody is welcoming us at the entrance, nobody helped us with our bags. At the counter, i was suprised that GST was not included in the price stated in booking.com, so the charged me another 6%. In addition, I have no idea that they did not include breakfast with the price that they have stated. My kids were so excited to have fun swimming in the pool, unfortunately, the pool was well maintained with green algae n debris inside the pool (u can see it when u swim under the water). The toilet in the lobby area was also not well maintained and cleaned.”

“my parents love the breakfast and they even ask me to book there again if we come to kedah again. stay there for only 1 night but me and my niece have a really good time at the pool. its quiet and i like how they divide the pool into male and female. will definitely come back. ouhh and we order the room service. we thought the chicken would be small but it was totally the opposite! its big! and the coslow its yummy.. i like it...”
