Spa & Wellness area is very good. The Lift down to Gorki Grosni (540m) is free. Just 25min by train to Adler beach.”

“The hotel is located within walking distance of the ski-lift. Being at the hotel allows you to ride down to the bottom of the lift for free. The hotel also supplies you with ski rental for around 1800rub/day. You can skip and go to the mountain, there are numerous places that also supply the same and provide a discount of 10%. Breakfast is a buffet, different days provide different items. You can also request from one of the staff that is walking by for an omelete if you would like, instead of what they are serving. Be careful, it seems that requesting something other than what is served is taboo as the food being delivered to you in not edible. Just stick with the buffet, or grab breakfast from the numerous restaurants and cafes located within 50 meters of the hotel.”

“Шикарное место. Сам курорт "Горки Город" очень уютный, улочки, особая атмосфера... Отель - выше всяких похвал! Очень чисто, уютно, вежливый персонал. Есть детский развивающий центр (платный), в котором с ребёнком не просто поиграют, но ещё и позанимаются чем-то полезным (творчеством, например). Питание - выше всяких похвал. Завтраки - отличные! Рекомендую всем от души отель "Горки Панорама"”
