“The staff were amazing and helped me book my tours and answered any questions I had. Nothing was too much for them and they made me feel at home. On arrival they even gave me a room upgrade! The breakfast was nice as well. In the room, there was a free bottle of water, cakes, tea and coffee which were refilled every day. Rooms were very clean and cleabed every day. Very good location too. If I ever come back to Capadoccia I would definately stay here again. ”
“Everything.customer service of Turkish people is probably one of the best you could ever experience..Especially in this hotel,its a family owned hotel where the brothers run the business,take care of the rooms,breakfast and everything..Check in was easy,its the best if you get an airport shuttle to the hotel..Breakfast was AMAZING with a beautiful view from the dining room..This is the place to be,really warm humble hospitality,feels like at home..We wish to stay here longer ! :(We just want to stay thank you very much for everything for Khan and Kahan( hope i spell it correctly :P)Look no further,you will not regret staying here as its really close to the city centre(atm,bus station,restaurants and cafes)They also owned a really nice restaurant very closed to the hotel called KALE TERRASSE since 1983..So please try their Testi Kebap,its very delicious !teşekkür ederim”
