“I had booked this hotel as a birthday treat for my fiancé, we had come to Hilversum about 3 months ago to get away from Amsterdam and the other tourists. The hotel is situated is a lovely quiet neighbourhood with a cool little chip and ice cream store just downstairs and a Albert Heign super market around the corner (5min walk). There is lots to explore and the town is so beautiful with plenty of nature and traditional architecture to look at.”

“I needed to change the date of the room and despite two e-mailed requests the hotel did not respond. The lack of response is the concern rather than if they could or could not change the date. It shows a lack of customer focus and a loss for the hotel as we do much business in Hilversum.”
