“I booked the hotel last minute and was very happy with the price rate given. I had been told by a colleague who recently stayed there that there was added security outside due to being located close to a government building or school. The staff were very helpful and friendly during check in and i was given a room on the 5th Floor. From what i can tell this floor is the nicest and has recently undergone upgrading so I would insist on being on this floor next time. One thing to be cautious about is the taxi drivers. On both occasions they tried to charge me well over the odds because im a foreigner. They tried to charge me 20 TDR for the journey but the meter (That they tried to hide) clearly said 10 TDR.”
“The location was 1 min from one of the main streets in Tunis, very central and very secure. Lots of armed police around the area due to a government ministry close by. Rooms were clean, staff were great. Not my 1st time stating here, and won’t be my last. Great value for money”
“Good location..friendly staff Clean rooms..tidy bathroom”
“The staff was very accommodating, we had a few issues with Wifi in our room. We said something to the staff and they changed out room to an equivalent room closer to the router. We had a few other accommodation requests that they made for us as well.”
“It is situated in an excellent location, centrally located making it very easy to reach all the interesting places. The staff is very helpful & kind.”
“Location is great, right in the city centre so walking distance, to cafes, shops, souk, etc. Staff were helpful when trying to book a driver for touring.”
“Good choice for a stopover in Tunis. Solid 3-star. Very central. Professional staff. Great breakfast. Even the pizza in the café/lounge was good. The superior rooms are worth the few extra dinars. Comfortable bed and pillows, which isn't always the case in Tunisia.”
“Hospitality is excellent and staff very friendly and qualified ”
“Room was clean and the staff was good, so near to habib bourgia street”
“The man at the reception asked us at arrival if me and my husband were married, we said yes but it wasn't enough for him, so at midnight, after 3 hrs delayed flight I had to find our marriage certificate ( Very disrespectful -I felt like a liar ) and he insisted for us to pay straight away, even we had no chance to exchange money yet. All other hotels we normally stay never asked us to pay at night, there is always next morning Also there is no parking (unless you pay and quite far) and you can't even unload your luggage outside the hotel So for less mobile person is not good at all. Rooms are nice, bar staff was very nice Overall I wouldn't like to go back”
