“Characterful old pub/hotel in centre of picturesque village. Excellent bar/restaurant, with wood burning stoves, with very good bar meals. Rooms provided comfortable beds, a welcoming phial of sherry plus usual hot drinks tray. Breakfast provided vast selection of quality cooked dishes to a high standard. All staff were both cheerful and very helpful throughout.”
