“This is a lovely spacious country house hotel with a friendly welcome, excellent bar and restaurant food. Superb breakfast too! Our room was very large with a large en suite bathroom. Great location in the country but so close to town!”
“We were giving a bungalow away from main hotel it was really nice and was a special bonus the food was really good and decent quality sausages and bacon eggs mushroom scrambled egg fried egg and overheard someone ask for poached eggs which was no problem”

“we enjoyed meeting and being entertained by your staff. we can not compare other booking .com properties because this is the only one we have visited. The down side was that we found the mattresses a very hard. I also stubbed my toe on a door stop but found that this had been placed in the position it was in,because the self close mechanism had hit the wall when someone had opened the door room 31. i only mention this so you can try to prevent some one else getting more seriously hurt than myself.”
“The location was just right for us ,not to far from Exeter and within a short distance from some of the coastal resorts. The rooms were quite a good size and the beds were nice and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent as were our evening meals.”
