“Staff were amazing! Allowed us to park early and leave one of our cars since we got into Collingwood at 9am - well before check-in. They called us twice (phone was off) to let us know our room was ready prior to our 4pm check-in time. Upon arrival, they had already checked us in and had our room keys ready for us. The room was spacious enough for 4 adults, accommodations were comfortable and the hotel walls were very soundproof (there was a minor league hockey tournament staying at the hotel as well and you couldn't hear a peep!). All hotel staff were exceptional, big shout out to Kaytee at the front desk! I'd recommend the hotel restaurant for breakfast and dinner, they're very reasonably priced, great food and generous portions.Save some money and book your stay here, eat here and cab to the village for about $20-25.”
“My partner and I wanted to do a last minute vacation to Blue Mountain, and the Georgian Bay Hotel was offered to us for a great price for a suite. The bed was extra comfy and the bathtub had jets so that was nice. You also have nice stainless steel appliances in your room with cutlery and whatever else you need to cook.”
“Excellent location. Room was clean although it looked a bit outdated and old. Staff were very helpful. During our stay, the indoor pool was closed for renovation. The only facility we were able to use was the fitness center. We availed of the spa services and our experience there was fantastic. Onsite restaurant offered good food although a bit pricey.”

“Beds were comfy but the pillow was left OFF the bed.|The coffee machine was difficult to operate. There was no shower gel - even when requested. The dinner in the evening was very expensive and not really good. No mint sauce to go with the lamb. Felt the waitress was not friendly. The music was WAY TOO LOUD . We borrowed wine glasses and they were left unwashed on the table.”
