“All the staff, first and foremost were friendly, efficient & nothing was too much trouble including looking after our granddaughter's scooter ! The bar was ideally placed with dining either side, the food & beverage being excellent as well. The hotel location was ideal for visiting other family members who live on the island. We will definitely stay here again as opposed to another previously frequented hotel nearby.”

“Nach einer Nacht in der Matratzen-Rizze haben wir auf unser Frühstück verzichtet. Obwohl von einem extra grossen Doppelbett im Hotel Beschrieb die Rede war und ich speziell noch über meine Rückenprobleme bei der Buchung orientierte, wurde ich weder auf die Einzel-Matratzen noch auf die 5 cm grosse Rizze hingewiesen. Zudem wurden wir von dem Reinigungspersonal unsanft geweckt - welches wissen wollte, um welche Zeit wir das Zimmer räumen würden .... sehr unprofessionell”
