“Fantastic place to stay in Ghent, very attentive and generous hosts who put a bottle of champagne in our room to help us celebrate our anniversary. Rooms are very comfortable, lovely homely touches, flowers and beautiful works of art throughout the building. Coffee and cake available in the lounge throughout the day and a delicious breakfast cooked to order each morning with the added bonus of fantastic home made preserves, particularly the pear and kiwi, Plum, and Blackberry. Delicious. We would definitely stay in this beautiful hotel again.”
“Just Beautiful! We stayed just one night at Ganda, our only regret is that we would have liked it to have been for longer! Situated in a beautiful quiet area of Ghent. This divinely restored hotel, was a delight to stay in! The hosts could not have been more helpful. The breakfast choices were amazing! A varied selection of cereals, granola, fruit, juices, bread, cold cuts and cheeses & a selection of home made jams, which I had to sample! The Pear and Kiwi was gorgeous! I had the bacon & egg, cooked perfectly when requested. There is a lovely & characterful sitting room and a Sun room/lounge at the top of the building for guests to enjoy. Tea/Coffee available and home made cake in the afternoon, should you wish to sample (I recommend you do, I'm glad I did!) Too many lovely touches to mention. In my opinion, the friendly & kind hosts appear to be thoroughly enjoying what they are doing & it enhances the whole experience for the guest.”
