“The Japanese style was elegant and calming; the sand garden was very cute. Huge soaking tub was great for a relaxing bath. Friendly crowd at the daily wine tasting session. Plenty of parking.”

Breakfast had a great variety of options and the wine and cheese in the afternoon allowed for some good conversations with other guests. The staff was very helpful with information about local wineries, restaurants and activities.”

“Wow! One of the nicest hotels (although it feels more like a nice B&B being that it most of the rooms were in the main house) I have been to. Great breakfast, fresh cookies each day, lovely pool area, huge beds, even bigger bathrooms (and bath tubs), wine tasting each afternoon. Top tip: go to the Glen Ellen Star (the nearest restaurant) - easily the best!”

“Bed was SUPER comfy. I stayed in the Zen Garden suite and we had a river running behind us we could listen to from the patio. Very private, serene, romantic , unbelievably incredible design. LOVED every minute of it.. Oh and the coconut maccaroons were to die for!”
