“Hizmet kalitesi ve güven çok iyi. Rezervasyon yaptırdıktan birkaç gün sonra otel tarafından aranarak telefonla teyit aldım ve özel bir isteğimin olup olmadığı soruldu. Rezervasyondan sonra odaya 1 kişi daha eklemek istedik ve son derece yardımcı bir tavırla isteğimiz yerine getirildi. Odada bulunan otel tipi saç kurutma makinasına ek olarak bir makina daha istedik, ellerinde bulunmamasına rağmen olumsuz yanıt vermek yerine satın aldılar. Koridor kapılarının kapalı olduğunun gece saatlerinden kontrol edildiğini görmek güvenimi arttırdı. Bunlara ek olarak kahvaltı salonunun camlarının göreme turistik manzaralarına bakması ve küçük teras kahvaltı zamanına keyif katıyor.”
