“The room was excellent. Easy to get anywhere if you know Tainan a bit. Otherwise, this hotel is in an old part of town. The bed is rather comfortable, with an abundance of pillows. Fast Internet connection is available throughout the hotel. I also liked the fact that the staff do not interfere unless you ask them something, it's what I prefer.”

“Nice room and bathroom with bath tub. Also the free laundry facility in the basement, although the washer was difficult to use, not automatic cycles. I didn't realize the spin cycle had to be re-set, so ended up waiting for a long time to finish the wash. Need better instruction on how to operate the washer.”

“The receptionist, Ms. Kana Shii, was so helpful to arrange things to make my stay very comfortable. As the hotel was under rennovation, the days where I stayed were unlucky ones. However, it is located within minutes from the center of the town with many eating places and historical sites. Bicycles are freely rented, which would add your chances to move freely to a great extent. I'd strongly recommend this hotel once the rennovation is over.”
