“Staff was extraordinarily friendly and efficient. Parking on the weekend arrival was almost full, the desk clerk came down and helped us locate a place. If this happens to you, arriving late on a weekend will do it, just park outside and move your vehicle in the morning Hot tub is awesome you'll love it”
“The location and is great. We enjoyed the 1 bedroom, king suite. It was clean. We had enough towels for the first night but not our second and for some reason our room was not cleaned the next day. The front desk staff were somewhat helpful but the fellow from NZ was not very friendly. The change room was always out of clean towels.”
“Couldn't eat the croissants because I'm gluten intolerant. I could eat the fruit and drink the juice, not much else for me at breakfast without paying extra for bacon, or getting a full cooked meal from the menu. They need more gluten free options, even if you have to pay for it.”
“Free continental breakfast was perfect before a day on the mountains. We really enjoyed the ‘cave style’ hot tub on the lower level as well. Will return for sure!”

“We complained about our 3 am noisy neighbours and asked the staff if we would be having them for a second night. They said there would not be any neighbours but upgraded us anyway to a 2 bedroom suite. It was appreciated and beautiful!”
“I LOVED the grotto cave & basin inspired hot pool. Its nice that they stay open till 11pm so you can really relax in it. Its really well done id come back for that in itself. Room was really clean & nice new decor. Bed & pillows wwre very comfy. Standard continental breakfast but the waffles you make youself were great! Coffee was good too. Staff very friendly & helpful.”
