“The staff are very welcoming, security measures around the hotel are high. We were upgraded to a mini suite and were given room early(at 11 am). General atmosphere of hotel is calm, rooms are spacious and clean, balcony was nice to sit on . the Receptionist went with us to show how to use elevators and what direction we should go and gave us full instructions about hotel amenities. Swimming pool was great at the sunset, beach was clean and sand was perfect to relax. House keeping pass more than once to the rooms, deliver fruits and ice, change the towels and bring some free water bottles. Coffee and tea are available in the room Wi-Fi was excellent all through the hotel The staff attitude is so professional, not like other places in Egypt were everyone expects tips and follow you to pay San Stephano mall is connected to hotel and there is food market, banks, and entertainment center”
