“Only stayed one night. Checking in was a breeze and scheduled for a complementary shuttle pickup to the airport for the next morning. Went down to the bar for a quick dinner and drinks and was greeted with a smile. Bartender was attentive and gave us prompt service. Although, as we were settling into bed before an early flight out, we could hear the other guests above us walking around but not enough to keep us awake. The shuttle was right on time the next morning. Overall a nice stay and would visit again.”

“This was the worst experience ever! My reservation was cancelled somehow. They tried calling Booking.com and I was on the phone with them also. The manager would not come out and they would not honor the rate even though we were also getting a room at full price. No apologies and did not make me feel like they wanted my business. Sheraton should be ashamed to have this as a property. There was one extremely upset member and their reaction is the computer is correct and he was wrong. There was another upset person so this made 3 in just 1/2 hour.”
