“- we found a great deal that we were able to book quickly - we particularly appreciated the efficiency of housekeeping in providing additional towels and pillows later in the evening -computers in main lobby were great but printers were not working (we had to print off a groupon for dinner. One of the people at the main desk was EXTREMELY helpful in finding a solution for this and definitely went the 'extra mile' to find a way to print things.”
