“Room was really nice and clean,the shower was really good compare to general 4 stars hotel in Lahsa, stuff was very friendly and helpful. Strongly recommend room 1221, there were 2 or 3 willow trees right out side the window which blocked part of the sunshine by its leaves, It’s really nice to seat there to read a book with a cup of tea.”

“Some staff were helpful and some werent at all.. Attitude toward guests are plain and unemphatic. If we ask a question for example and he/she cant help or dont understand.. (After all its Sheraton and staff supposedly can understand English). They look at you and give "i dont understand gesture" and then took the other way...”
