“We booked two Executive rooms. Upon arrival at evening found that rooms not available. Existing guests would do late check out. The front desk lady were asking apology again and again and asked two hours for making the room ready. We asked for at least one any other room for this duration. But no room were available. Then she called the manager and it was something happened unexpected. She checked, asked her apology with so politely and offered us presidential suite as replacement. It was a duplex with RMB10,000 per night actual. It was huge. Chinese president stayed in this suite. We were so lucky. Special thanks to the Manager. Very good hotel. All staffs understand English well and also can speak. Good breakfast, good dining, good wifi.”

If you cannot crack a smile and assist customers with basic things why work in this industry? We will never stay here again.”
