“Rooms are modern and has all the facilities of star category hotel. Food is nice and staff goes to extra mile to make customers happy. More particularly puja and ganesh at front desk and skimenthu at restaurant - orchid were nice and friendly. However the duty manager sukanya or whose name starts from s and who was there on 4th June morning and attended me did not have Smiling face and did not ask me about my stay and was not friendly. Except her all staff were good and friendly.”
