“Hotelier und Kellner sehr zuvorkommend und fachlich qualifiziert. Hotel wunderschön im Grünen ruhig und doch zentral gelegen. Buchten dieses Hotelzimmer sehr kurzfristig aufgrund der negativen Eindrücke im eigentlich gewählten Hotel Miralaghi. Dort jedoch nur eine "Abstellkammer" mit Hinterhofflair und lauter Geräuschkulisse erhalten. Bei geschlossener Zimmertür konnten wir an jeder Aktion auf dem Flur und den Nachbarzimmern anteil nehmen. Personal am Empfang dort sehr unfreundlich. Sollten wir nochmal nach Chinziano Therme kommen, werden wir nur das Hotel Grande Albergo Fortuna buchen. Nochmal ein grosses Lob und Herzlichen Dank für Alles. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.”
