“Our stay in Fontermosa was perfect! the hotel is modern and clean. Our room had spacious terrace and very comfy bed. Breakfast is fanstastic - plenty of sweets and also non sweet things, such as scrambled eggs, cheeses etc. The staff is EXTRAORDINARY! We had great contact with Catia, who saved our jacket that we left in a hotel without even knowing it ;-) The hotel is a great place to stop by during your way to the south/north.”

“The proximity to the trains was NOT an issue at all, as they ar fast and quiet, and when they do pass, it's only for a few seconds. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful, up don't plan to eat at their restaurant unless you REALLY like fish! The dinner was lovely- served on the patio and our waiter was excellent despite being the only server! There is a full bar outside by the large swimming pool, and it was very relaxing to have a glass of wine in th shade ofnth tall pines. It is a wonderful family place, with lots of children and families enjoying the pool. We were promised a room with 2 beds, but managed ok with one large one. Booking.com should not guarantee a specific room if it can't deliver. The balancing was a lovely surprise: large, covered, with a table and chairs, and a drying rack for swimsuits. All in all, we r ally enjoyed our stay!”

“The cleanliness was superb. The staff very helpful/professional and spoke good English. I read a review that someone found it difficult to find the hotel but if you have a sat nav its easy, and I found it on Goggle first to get some idea where it was. The quality of the food was as good as many larger/more expensive hotels. The recent refurbishment is tasteful - just a couple of electrical sockets for room use would have been nice. I would recommend this hotel for a restful stop off on route to Rome or Pisa as we did.”
