  • Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

• Important Notice
  • Please note that guest are requested to present the credit card used to make the reservation upon check-in at the hotel.<br><br>Please note that the hotel reserve the right to pre-authorize the credit card prior to arrival.<br><br>Please note if booking is made on someone else&#x2019;s behalf, please contact the hotel directly to arrange for third party billing at least 3 days prior the arrival date.<br><br>All guests staying are required to provide their original passport or UAE identity card. Please note that the hotel reserves the right to refuse entry of the guest who are not registered upon check-in.<br><br>Guests who wish to have an extra bed, must reserve beforehand with the property and charges will apply. Extra bed charges are not inclusive of breakfast.<br><br>The maximum number of children that are specified under each room type will be accommodated free of cost and are expected to share the existing beds with their parents. Should they wish to have an extra bed the same should be reserved and changes applicable.<br><br>Groups: When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.<br><br>A security deposit of AED 200 per reservation is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and is subject to a final accommodation inspection, following which should any damage or loss be identified applicable charges will be posted to guest account.<br><br>VAT is likely to be introduced across the UAE on 1 January 2018. The rate is likely to be 5%. Should there be a change in the date of VAT implementation or in VAT rate, it will be adjusted on guest bill upon departure.
