- The Fire Mountain Lodge does not have on-site staff as they are a full self-check-in and self-check-out vacation rental style hotel. There is a Central Reservations office where staff are available for you to call and answer any questions you might have. The team will be available to call for any help you require during your stay. All directions & arrival instructions will be sent to you before arrival.<br><br>Please note, the property will pre-authorize the guest's card on day of arrival for the full amount.<br><br>All check-ins for Fire Mountain Lodge are done at Mystic Springs Chalets & Hot Pools which is located just around the corner from Fire Mountain Lodge at 140 Kananaskis Way, Canmore, Alberta. It is right across the street from the Cornerstone Theatre<br><br>At the time of booking guests are required to pay 1 night’s room plus tax to secure their reservation. Guests can cancel a booking up to 72 hours prior to arrival to receive a full refund of their deposit. Should a guest choose chose to cancel within the 72 hour cancellation policy the guest will forfeit their deposit.<br><br>During the Christmas holiday season (typically the Friday before Christmas to the Monday after New Year’s), guests are required to pay 2 night’s room plus tax to secure their reservation at the time of booking. Guests can cancel a booking up to 14 days prior to arrival to receive a full refund of their deposit. Should a guest chose to cancel within the 14 day cancellation policy the guest will forfeit their deposit.<br><br>Friday of the Victoria long weekend to Monday of the Thanksgiving long weekend: At the time of booking guests are required to pay 2 night’s room plus tax to secure their reservation. Guests can cancel a booking up to 14 days prior to arrival to receive a full refund of their deposit. Should a guest chose to cancel within the 14 day cancellation policy the guest will forfeit their deposit.<p>Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: 140 Kananaskis Way, T1W 2X2 Canmore.</p><p>Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. “This is a great location in Canmore. Easy walk into town to shop & eat. We were 6 ladies in this 3 bedroom condo with plenty of room. 2 1/2 bathrooms ideal. comfy beds. Was too cold to use the huge deck, but in summer it would be perfect. View is nice if you look out & up- down is used car lot--- or something. Good value for the $ when compared to other places.”
