“Staff are very welcoming and very helpful. There was someone to greet me and carry my case at 2 in the morning, when I arrived. I was given lots of assistance with onward travel arrangements & the staff made phone calls to find out bus times etc. Hotel facilities were first class, as was the room.”

“I stayed at the hotel for just one night but the customer service was excellent. The staff at the lobby were young staff but were very polite and could speak good English. I was given the room 10 mins after I entered the hotel. The hotel was easy to reach with taxi. The bus terminal is 15 mins away from the hotel. The room was very clean and the double bed was comfortable. Room service from the kitchen was quick late at night. I was kindly allowed to check out at 14:00, 2 hours later the normal time. The open buffet breakfast until the afternoon was delicious: a variety of options were available for €8. The hotel offers spa/sauna/hamam services. I would definitely advise this newly built modern hotel for tourists!”
