“This is an old hotel and some of the rooms need updating but our room was clean and comfortable, no extra charge for the dog. Attentive friendly staff & fantastic breakfast, great quiet location away from road noise up a long driveway (lots of horses in surrounding fields), great views over open countyside. “An old property with character in lovely green and wooded surroundings. Close to Farnham and approached via a long beech tree drive. Bedroom 10 was a standard room but quite adequate in size and very nicely furnished with a charming square bay window.”
“A beautiful old country house estate hotel with very good service and a very pleasant friendly reception. The hotel was more than adequate for my 1 night stay but overal is in need of restoration of the bedrooms. I was very pleased to see their plans in reception detailing a planned 2018 restoration. Once this is completed I would probably see the rating to increase by at least 1 star”
