“The staff were lovely and very helpful! I'd injured myself during the day, and the young man who runs the hotel took my friend to get bandages for me which was very kind of him. The rooms were clean, and more spacious than I thought they would be! There were plenty of shops in the vicinity too, and it's a nice short distance from the national park entrance.”

“Hotel booked a cab for seamless airport pickup (waited at arrivals holding a sign with our names) at a good rate. The front desk staff were excellent providing all the required info in a fast and friendly checkin. The main staff member has excellent English. The room was much better than expected with a good shower, OK wifi, and comfortable beds. The breakfast was exceptional with lots of variety. The location is fantastic being a short stroll from numerous eateries and souvenir shops. The area was well lit and felt safe, even late at night. Check out was quick and easy, and the receptionist drove people to the National Park at about 8am dropping us close to the front gate. Word of warning that you need cash or a Chinese card to buy National Park tickets, despite what their website says! There is an ATM on the way in.”
“Allen (the manager) was there for anything that we needed. He arranged a cab, drove us around for free, booked tickets for local shows and gave us warm breakfast at 5 in the morning when we were leaving for our early morning flight. The location is nice, hotel amenities are good with a bed heater.”
“The staff was super nice and Mr. Yang the manager incredible helpful and knowledgeable. They helped booked our airport taxis and the drivers also took us to the park entrance - a 10 min ride - for free for two mornings. The hotel also offers free rides to and from the park. The onsite restaurant was good and we had our dinnnr there.”
