“Rooms were nicer than the older hotels in the area. Food was good, but need bacon!”
“I liked the breakfast but got there about 10-15 before it ended and most everything was gone and they were already putting everything away. I got the end of the eggs but there was no bacon left. I had to ask for butter as there was none out for the toast I made. The room was clean and comfortable, but it could have been more updated overall. The staff was super friendly.”
“Huge variety of breakfast. Clean and neat looking rooms. Great view. Close to the Brady Theater (main reason for the hotel choice). Checkout time was amazing being 12pm. My significant other and I mentioned the checkout time being excellent as we’ve both stayed places expecting a 10am or earlier checkout time which is crazy considering hotels are used by vacationers wanting to sleep in and not rush around to checkout.”
“The staff were very friendly and the room was amazing. There was a great variety for breakfast and it was easy for the vegetarian in our group to find plenty of choices. They went out of their way to find extra pillows and towels for us. The floors were accessed by elevator and the floors with rooms required a key card. The pool was on the bottom floor and also required a key card to enter. We appreciated the extra security all though the surrounding area seemed quite safe.”
“heres the deal. Marriott doesn't train any of their 'check in kids' how to think outside the box. evidently, they only know one way to check people in and take credit card.. you have to be standing there in front of them. 3 different folks one day a guy, then gal, then another guy.. advises that they cant take a credit card over the phone. or authorization .. even with my card on record and in their files as I had the same issue the day before.. if I booked several rooms for my employees.. they say I have to be there in person each time they try to get into their rooms.. even the next day with their bags in the room (they screwed up and needed a second reservation for the second nite. I'm pretty sure Marriott goes outa business if they cant handle money in several way coming in.”
