“I evacuated due to hurricane and was disgusted by the staff and facilities. My room was not cleaned bc housekeeping said I had a pet and they could not get in my room. Which was a lie. But the front desk were going to charge me the pet fee bc housekeeping said I had a pet!! My room was not cleaned and no towels and they wanted to charge me for a pet I didn't have! This is a small town with nothing to do and paying $360 for 2 nights should guarantee me a better experience. I will be contacting the corporate office. Absolutely unacceptable.”
“The bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly especially the gentleman that worked at the front desk in the morning. The lady at night was friendly as well. Very convenient to the highway easy on/off. Centerally located next to shopping and restaurant. We walked over to Ole Times Restaurant. Quiet hotel, clean. Wonderful housekeeping staff. Nice place to stay for the week with my family.”

“The distance from downtown were great. Tifton is not very scenic, but we were there due to all the rooms in Albany, GA sold out. The staff was not very friendly at first but once the 2nd shift clocked in they were great. Very slow about giving me an extra pillow for the bed that night though. They did answer some very great questions about the city. Our room was very clean and nice. We stayed on the top floor and it seemed very busy that night. Please beware of a homeless man asking for cash on the premises and its very scary coming in late at night. We told the staff and they eventually made the man go away. Other than that this stay was ok!”
