“Breakfast was well laid out and there was enough variety. The staff member who checked me in also made sure the electrical issue in my room got fixed and had some extra batteries for a shaver that had gone dead in my suitcase and a phone charger when I thought the power bar, four outlets above the desk, were dead. A hotel engineer found that they were unplugged, but the plug was just behind the dresser drawers.”
