“The hotel was clean - we were greeted on arrival by very friendly staff - we hadn't asked for a main level room but were given one when it was realized I would have problems with stairs - we had assumed there would be an elevator . Breakfast was very good except for the unruly children running in the dining area. At one point I had a child fall on my one foot and just sit - needless to say I couldn't move. Parents not to be seen! This is not the fault of the hotel.”
